We are looking for an Advertising Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to growing our current sector & clients' portfolio through creative lead generation strategies to achieve airlines' commercial budgets.



What your day to day will look like

  • Sell advertising assets by talking to brands, media agencies, C-Level executives, and key decision makers on a daily basis
  • Conduct market research to Identify and source business leads.
  • Manage existing advertising accounts in order to keep an ongoing relationship with them.
  • Be actively selling by making cold calls, arranging virtual and in-person sales meetings to engage prospects, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute  sales pitches and presentations support in order to close advertising agreements under company defined standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Be aware of the travel media landscape (specially airlines) and be on top of the new industry trends.


Requirements

Technical

  • Ideally +1 year experience as a Sales Specialist-Executive (ideally in the media ecosystem).
  • Motivated, resilient , persistent, tenacious.
  • Team player but with the capacity to work independently
  • Account management skills
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both oral & written 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
