The Role

We are looking for a Content Assistant intern to join our team and contribute to offering the best content selection to a large portfolio of airlines. 

Within the content department, you'll support day-to-day tasks to ensure all audiovisual content is available on time for the various airlines we work with. It's a role with a strong administrative profile, yet it also provides the opportunity to be creative by seeking new options to enhance our current offerings for our clients.



What your day to day will look like: 

  • Support in the management of in-flight entertainment content for various national and international clients 
  • Assist in the commercial relationships with content providers and prepare the Purchase Orders. 
  • Researching and benchmarking new content and suppliers
  • Tracking content delivery (films, series, Key Arts, etc.) to ensure we receive all necessary materials on time from suppliers
  • Updating local and international catalogues
  • Monitor contract expiration dates
  • Completing content Excel sheets and uploading them to online presentation platforms for clients.
  • Suggest new content trends to our clients working closely with the Content Acquisition Director 

Requirements

What you should bring


Technically 

  • Studies in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both oral & written 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • General knowledge of the film and audiovisual industry
  • Experience in managing cultural projects is a plus


Personally 

  • Sensitivity for market trends and analytical mind-set
  • Interest in the audiovisual world (film, TV, internet, etc.)
  • A team player, client-oriented with positive attitude & energy
  • Attention to detail, strong organization skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and deadline-oriented control 
  • You are highly results-driven, used to working hard, self-motivated and critical thinker 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
