Media Quality Controller

The Role

We are looking for a motivated Media Quality Controller based in Andorra who will be supporting the Lab Content team to deliver the best quality of metadata and Media to be implemented on all client’s platforms. You will be able to manage a large volume of information and report to the Content Lab Manager any single issue on the process, being responsible for the quality control before and after content goes live. You will be involved in the Content Operations Committee on a weekly basis and approach content projects across the company. 

The Content Operations team will show you all tools and processes to prepare materials to all standards of Inflight Entertainment integrators.



What your day to day will look like

• Collaborate with the Lab and Content team to ensure the highest quality metadata for implementation on client platforms.
• Manage a substantial volume of information and data related to content metadata and videos.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on metadata, Movies, TV Shows and Podcasts before and after content goes live on various platforms.
• Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies in the metadata creation or implementation process to the Lab Manager.
• Participate actively in the Content Operations Committee meetings on a weekly basis to provide insights and updates on content quality control.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery and resolve any quality-related issues.
• Assist in the preparation and standardization of content materials for Inflight Entertainment integrators.

Technical

• Studies in Audiovisual Communication, Cinematography or relevant field
• At least one year experience in a similar role
• Advanced English & Spanish, both written and spoken
• MS Office or G-suite proficiency
